End-User License Agreement (EULA) of
Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and iDecay about iDecay's mobile applications software (“Apps”) and any updates or supplements to it.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software ("Software") directly from iDecay or indirectly through a iDecay authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before using the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software. It provides a license to use the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by iDecay herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any iDecay updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

Google Play and Apple’s App Store terms also apply
The ways in which you can use the App may also be controlled by Google Play’s/ Apple App Store’s rules and policies and they will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.

License Grant

iDecay hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Let Me Axe You A Quest-ion software.

In return for your agreeing to comply with these terms you may:
  • Download or stream a copy of the App onto your personal device (but not onto the device that does not belong to you) and view, use and display the App on such devices for your personal purposes only.
  • Receive and use any free supplementary software code or update of the App incorporating “patches” and corrections of errors as we may provide to you.

You are not permitted to:
  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
  • Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
  • Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
  • use the Software for any purpose that iDecay considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

We are giving you personally the right to use the App as set out above. You may not otherwise transfer the App to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell any device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it.

If you download the App onto any phone or other device not owned by you, you must have the owner’s permission to do so. You will be responsible for complying with these terms, whether or not you own the phone or other device.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

iDecay shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (as well as the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of iDecay.

iDecay reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Your Privacy

By using the App, you agree to us collecting and using technical information about the devices you use the App on and related software, hardware and peripherals to improve our products.

We only use any personal data we collect through your use of the App in the ways set out in our privacy policy.
Please be aware that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that any message or information you send using the App may be read or intercepted by others.

Responsibility

The App may contain links to other independent websites which are not provided by us. Such independent sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies (if any).

You will need to make your own independent judgement about whether to use any such independent sites, including whether to buy any products or services offered by them.

Update to the App

From time to time we may automatically update the App to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively we may ask you to update the App for these reasons.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to iDecay.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
